- Restaurant reservations upon request. (The cancellation of a reservation, especially at the last minute, may incur costs that are not the responsibility of the agency.)
- Coordination and support throughout your trip at the destination.
- The possibility of organizing the GR221 Premium or the Highlights in stages. (The GR221 is a mountain trail that links Andratx with Pollença with a duration of 6-7 days along the entire Serra de Tramuntana.)

Itinerary and/or initial program
Based on all the information you have shared with us, we will design the best proposal that fits your expectations for the trip. Let us know if you want to change or include any concept in the initial itinerary-program.

We are from and live in the Serra de Tramuntana, so during your trip through Mallorca, you will have a local companion who will help you with anything you need.

Booking confirmation and payments for your tailormade holiday
Once you agree with the initial itinerary-program, we need you to make the first payment of 25% of the total cost as a deposit to reserve the hotel/s and other services. Once all the services are confirmed, we will immediately send you the confirmation of your reservation, together with the final itinerary-program and the contract to sign.
Regarding the second payment of 75% of the total cost, you have up to 30 calendar days before the start of the travel date.
For late reservations, with less than 30 days, we will do everything reasonably possible to speed up the steps, leaving open the possibility of obtaining part of the travel documents, once you arrive in Mallorca.
