EXCITING FROM START TO FINISH
This is undoubtedly an exhilarating activity from start to finish, which mixes a series of outdoor adventure disciplines on the rugged coastline of Tramuntana, both on its cliffs and in the sea. In recent years, coasteering has become popular along the coast of the island of Mallorca as it is an all-embracing activity with the purest sense of adventure. With its different challenges along the sea cliffs themselves, it brings together many incentives to enjoy a few hours of pure adrenaline in contact with the limestone rock and the ever refreshing water.
A challenge!
More and more people are enjoying safely having fun on one of the Falcó de la Reina most adventurous activities on the extraordinary coast of Tramuntana. This is not surprising, the coasteering, as well as being located in an incredibly beautiful coastal setting, fully interacts with you: 100 meters of an exciting cliff traverse, parallel to the sea line at 5 and 15 meters high, several very impressive rappelling lines with different degrees of difficulty that reach maximum 20 meters. It continues with different climbing lines perpendicular to the sea with varying degrees of difficulty, until finally the challenging ledges are reached, located at different heights (maximum 8 meters – 26 feet) from which to jump into the sea. A challenge!
IMPORTANT STATEMENT
TO CARRY OUT THE ADVENTURE COASTEERING MALLORCA ACTIVITY, IS NECESSARY FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE GROUP:
- To be in good physical condition
- To have good balance
- Should not suffer vertigo
- To know how to swim
- FROM 12 YEARS OLD
- Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult
- No previous experience required.
3 to 4 hours of activity:
1) A climbing journey over the sea
2) Rappelling from various heights
3) Climbing routes with different difficulties
4) Cliff jumping from different heights
Thecnical information
You are going to experience one of the most exhilarating adventure activities in Mallorca.
WHAT YOU NEED TO TAKE
Sneakers (flip flops or open-toed sandals are not allowed) and a swimsuit, which are obviously going to get wet. A change of shoes and clothes. Towel and sunscreen. The guide always has a waterproof backpack available to clients.
INTERESTING ASPECTS OF THE COASTEERING MALLORCA ACTIVITY
- Private group of 1 to 6 people.
- Exclusive tour by Falcó de la Reina.
- No previous experience necessary (however, it is essential to have good physical condition, good body balance, not to suffer from vertigo and know how to swim).
- Available from age 12 years.
- The activity consists of different climbing disciplines, all of them with an easy level of difficulty, rappelling with a safety rope and jumping into the sea supervised by the guide.
- The coasteering activity can be booked in the morning or afternoon.
- This activity is subject to meteorological factors including the state of the sea.
THE PRICE INCLUDES
- Pick up - drop off, at any hotel or establishment in the central Tramuntana mountain range.
- Courtesy transportation during the experience (see conditions).
- Accredited expert local guide with climbing / canyoning / coasteering qualification.
- A coasteering route of extreme beauty (includes water and snacks and/or fresh fruit)
- All personal and collective safety harnesses and climbing material is certified.
