The option of the enigmatic Maristel·la hermitage hike is based on our top recommendation. However, the first part of the experience can be adapted to meet your personal interests and needs, and you can vary the number of hours you wisht to walk. OENOLOGY EXPERIENCE WITH ORGANIC WINES
At the end of the hiking route, you will continue the experience at the Es Verger wineries, where the owner of the wineries herself awaits you, ready to explain the processes they use to make the organic wines using the different varieties of local grapes with which they work in this exclusive and small family winery set on the characteristic terraces of the mountain area. The experience continues with a wine tasting (3-4 wines) while you taste a delicious assortment of Mallorcan products such as cocas (savoury pastries) and freshly baked bread with home-made extra virgin olive oil and an assortment of cheeses.

Today we retain those ancient vines and over time we have been adding varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot or Viognier.
